Art therapy is a therapeutic approach that uses the creative process- drawing, painting, clay & symbolic expression to explore our feelings, experiences & patterns that can sometimes feel difficult to put into words.
IT IS NOT about artistic skill~ IT IS about creating a safe space where emotions can be gently expressed & processed.
Here we honour your unique journey, working together to build regulation skills, emotional clarity & helping you to reconnect with your own sense of balance & peace.

In addition to 1:1 Art therapy, I offer private group & retreat- style sessions, with additional services, yoga, sound healing with the intention to create space for relaxation, connection & shared creative exploration.
Hello, I'm Kate!
I’m a creative soul who loves to explore, be out in nature, dance bare foot on the earth & experience life deeply.
On my own path of learning & growing there has been battles & challenges that took me to where I am now. Through the suffering & healing I gained great insight & empathy allowing me to hold space for others with an open heart.
Completing an Art therapy Diplomat in 2021, I Started my own Practise in 2022, working along side all types of people helping them on there path.
I am a Yoga teacher, Meditation teacher & Sound practitioner & have a thirst to continue to build my tool belt for knowledge & growth.
I feel deeply about the work that I do here & I hope to support you on your path.

This 60-minute session offers time to explore current challenges, emotions or patterns through guided creative process & therapeutic conversation.
These sessions are ideal for ongoing therapeutic support, nervous system regulation tools & building practical coping strategies.
*No artistic experience needed- the emphasis in on the process, not the outcome.
90 minute 1:1 art therapy session~
